Pedido no recibido

Hicimos un pedido el 9 de Marzo en Sephora brickell city center, no recibimos el correo ni el producto, pero si el cargo, fueron 2 Dior glow veil primer, Puede estar a nombre de Luis Gomez o Fabella Machado, pero no tenemos ningún correo.
