Hola, cancelé mi pedido porque me faltaba un artículo para así hacer un pedido nuevo y aún no me han reembolsado el dinero.

Hello Laurie.

 

I spoke with my bank to refund the money, however they told me that you have the money withheld and that it is not possible, 9 days have passed and Sephora still has not refunded the money to my account and I need that money for other obligations .
