Peace out acne dots - defected product

Hi,

I noticed you are not responding to my refund request but helping other inquiries submitted after mine.

Peace out acne dots come with a white sealed packaging inside the box, and I'm missing the actual products (10 acne treatment dots in each package) from two white packages.

Total loss of 20 acne dots from the white sealed packaging inside the box.

Please process a refund for these product defects.
