Paypal refund

Hello, someone hacked my phone number, he login to my paypal and placed an Sephora order, I contacted Sephora to cancel the order yesterday, but the money is still pending on paypal, does anyone have any idea about how long will the refund take? The customer service of paypal said it is the contract between me and Sephora, so I think i could only wait for Sephora's refund. Really appreciate if someone can help me out.

I am sorry to hear this! A PayPal refund can take up to one billing cycle. If the order was cancelled yesterday please allow at least 10 business days for your funds to appear back to your account. If you have any further questions please send me a private message.
