Paypal problem

Hi! Am I the only one that keeps on having a message saying Paypal declined you transaction every single time i try to order and pay with Paypal? It’s been 5 days! I called Paypal and they say they haven’t declined anything and that everything is fine with my account. That’s a bummer i wanted to make an order with the sale 😞

Instead of PMing people, customer service needs to explain in the comments why this is happening. Because over a year later, this glitch (among many others) is still frustrating customers like myself just trying to make a purchase.

There is nothing wrong with my Paypal, and I doubt there's anything wrong with theirs. Clearly this is an ongoing issue with the site.

I have had problems with my Love list being wiped, with not even being able to log in, and then trying to claim my birthday gift and use the 10 percent off discount only to get jerked around by your checkout interface being unable to process Paypal. Smaller sites have had no problem processing my Paypal in just the last week. It's disgraceful that Sephora, a huge website that should have the highest standards and the ability to hire the most knowledgeable web designers and tech people, is still alienating customers with a rookie glitch like this.

The only way I was able to claim both of those rare perks was to reload a Visa card I rarely use, which costs three dollars every time I reload it. Meaning the 10 percent off discount was effectively worthless. Women are using few cosmetics these days, and I'm consistently stunned by how little Sephora cares about customer experience or retaining customers who've been loyal for years.
