Paypal Charged, but order didn't go through

Hi,

Could anybody please help me out with this?

While I was checking out with Paypal, an "error" message popped up and next thing I knew, my basket was empty. I decided to check my balance and I was shocked to see that I have been charged for an order that supposedly didn't go though - rushed to "Recent Orders" and yup, no sign of my purchase there either. It's as if everything disappeared - my order and my money.

I'd be really grateful if anyone could help me with this. I expected more from Sephora, really. I mean, this is a rather stressful situation, didn't expect the site to bug so much.
