Payment

I can’t find my card & tried to call to make a payment (first payment, new customer). The robot told me they couldn’t process my payment. If I wanted to continue to speak to a live person it would cost me $9, which I believe is excessive. Then I received a message that the office was closed & hung up on me. My payment is due tomorrow & my payment won’t get there in time if I mail it. Please help!
