Payment error but still charged

Hello. I tried ordering a product online with my credit card and all of my information was correct. However, when I clicked to submit the order, it said "payment error" and the order didn't go through but it still charged my bank account. It charged me on my credit card and then twice for my debit card (when I tried with my debit account twice to order the product). Is there anyone who could help me get my refund ASAP?

This exact same thing just happened to me. Payment error with everything correct but immediately withdrew the money from my account. No order history or points used so I placed order again and was charged again except went through the second time. Did the first charge fall off your debit account? Or how did you resolve? Ty!!
