Payment card greyed out

My default card is greyed out and I can't edit or add a new card. The default card is not expired so I am not sure why. Have tried to clear out cache and data on the app but no luck. I wanted to shop the Fresh sales today but unable to place my order 😞

Anyone else had the same problem?

Just had the same thing happen. Not sure what's more frustrating: the original issue or all the mods DM/PMing people with the solution instead of just POSTING IT FOR EVERYONE TO SEE. My Visa card isn't expired but Sephora is behaving like it is. What worked for me: I went to the Sephora website (not the app), Login --- Account Settings---Payments---Delete existing CC info and just re-enter it. For your expiration date, you'll be prompted to enter ##/#### (2 digit month/4 digit year) instead of ##/## (two digit month/two digit year) which was what we all originally entered back in the day.  Best of luck, peeps.
