“ Payment Error” - Sephora Blocking Transactions

Please help! I been trying to put in a big order the last two days and the Payment Error keeps popping up- all my information are correct and I have called and talked to my bank and they said Sephora is the one blocking the transaction. My friend that works in Sephora shared her 20% discount code for family and friends and the code expires tomorrow... today is last day to make an order. Please help! 😢
