Hello -- I am having the same issue as OP --all of this time later!!
I followed the exact steps they did -- called PayPal....
Ridiculous.
Can you please look at my account and find out what happened.
In 20 years I have never been declined byPayPal.
They said a transaction was not even attempted on myPayPal account today, and I tried 4 times to make a $28 transaction go through,

Hi, I hate to be a bother.. but the same exact problem keeps happening with me, sadly. I emailed Sephora and Paypal, I was told to clear my “cookies and caches” which im always doing, and it still keeps saying that either Paypal is declining my transaction or to call Sephora. I know there’s nothing wrong with my account, as I’ve made another payment with another company to see if my paypal was okay, and it was. After a FULL WEEK of attempting every single day to make my orders go through, on Sephora it finally did. I’m trying to make another order before there’s another lockdown, and it’s VERY FRUSTRATING trying to all day. Please can someone fix this Paypal Sephora issue. I feel like there’s maybe something wrong with site considering there are way too many people with this issue, and many people like me don’t want to make a payment a different way.. can someone please help? Have a great day and thank you if you can.

Hey , why is Sephora declining my payments via PayPal. My PayPal is working fine on the other websites then why is Sephora declining my transactions. This so frustrating. Please help me

The same thing has happened to me. I’ve tried ordering everyday for the last 4 days. Because of this, 3 out of 5 of the items I had in my basket are now out of stock 😞

Hi, I've been having a similar issue for a few weeks now and if you could message me about it too, I would really appreciate it, thank you.
I am having the same issue as well using PayPal for my Sephora purchase. I have been trying for days and it keeps on saying error and that I need to contact PayPal. My account is in good standing and I have been purchasing other things online and it is working perfectly fine so I don't know why it won't work for Sephora?
