PayPal refund

Hi , I ordered about 2 weeks ago something through PayPal , I had canceled the order right away because I didn’t want the same items anymore and  on my PayPal account it still says pending . How can I issue my refund ?

Hi @DeenLoc, I'm sorry to hear that! Pending authorization on PayPal can sometimes stay on your account for as long as 30 days.  I'm anticipating that it will fall off soon, but if you are still seeing the authorizations after that time, please let us know.

I would contact customer service (just be aware of the wait times being longer than usual) because I know if you return in store with PayPal the register thinks you used a gift card and wants to issue a refund that way so I don't know if it would be the same online.
