PayPal cannot be used for "subscription"

I'm trying to place my order using PayPal, but it says it cannot be used to pay for a "subscription".. I have no auto-replenish or anything... I don't understand...

If you are signing up for an auto-repleinsh subscription on an item, please note that only credit card is accepted, not Paypal.
