Password Reset

I've tried numerous times to reset my password to my actual e-mail address connected to my beauty insider account and it won't work.  I've called customer support who was unable to fix the problem.  Hoping someone can help me out ASAP as I would like to participate in the offer that was sent out today.  Thanks.
