Partially shipped order

I placed an order today for 2 products and some deluxe samples with my points and I got an email stating only one of my products shipped. Any idea why this happens?

Did you end up receiving the items in your order?  Or does partial ship mean un-shipped items are out of stock?

Hi @kristamarie2011 and @stephcastro,

Sometimes, all of the items in your order will not be available at the same distribution center. When this happens, the order is split and will ship from two separate distribution centers. Please note that you will be charged for each package separately, and if you combine these charges together they will add up to your original order total. I'll take a few minutes to review each of your accounts and will send you more info shortly. I hope this clarifies!
