Partially cancelled order and Refund

Hello, I placed an order for pick up at the sephora at lincoln road, miami. I was notified one product was out of stock but I was NEVER refunded. Please assist me asap. It’s crazy I was charged for everything upfront, no problems with payment but when it’s refund time I did not get any help from you
