Partial order cancelled but did not receive refund

Hi,

My partial order was cancelled due to no stock but I see the bill contains the price for 4 items only and not for 3 items. Have not received a refund or any refund or any email regarding refund. Can I please know when the amount will be refunded. I dont see any inititation or request or update for it

Charged value is still 200, although the 20 dollar product has been cancelled due to out of stock. No change in bill even after that and no updates received for a refund yet

@Samy2906 If an item was cancelled from your order, you would not be charged and the original pending authorization is typically released within 1-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
