Partial Shipment

What does it mean when your order is partially shipped, specifically, what about the items that have not shipped? I ordered a toner, concealer, and the recent reward from Origins. Only the concealer has shipped, and I wanted to know if I would still be getting the rest of my order soon. The Origins reward is now out of stock, and I already had the points deducted from my account.

Hi @YanYan19,

This means the order was fulfilled at 2 different warehouse because all of the products were not available at the same one. You will receive another email with tracking details once the 2nd part of your order ships. You can also expect to receive all of the items in your order. If an item is ever removed from your order due to it going out-of-stock, you would receive an email to notify you of the modification and you would not be charged for the item. Thank you!
