Partial Shipment

Just checked my order status and it says partial shipment (one item from reward bazaar and free samples), but not the main item and promo. What does it mean? Will I still get it? And I heard that some people placed order using same promo and then got email that it is out of stock...

I am sorry to hear that your orders were partially shipped. This usually means that your items are shipping from two different warehouses. Just to make sure, I will send each of you a PM so that I can look into this further for you!
