Pans coming off VISEART palette

I bought a 12-pan VISEART neutral matte eyeshadow palette. The shadow pans are not magnetized strongly to the palette tray. When I tilt the tray, all shadow pans would automatically fall out. This makes this so difficult to carry the palette on a trip. I watched a lot of youtube videos about VISEART palettes, especially Stephanie Nicole's, and the reviewers do not mention about the loose pans or complain about them. If you guys have the same problem, could you suggest a solution?
