Pallet broken, missing samples. Is it too late to exchange?

Hi there! I purchased the Kat Von D Mini metals pallet back in july and at the time didnt look thru my order. I was going through some complications due to a procedure I had done on my back and just wasn't feeling up to doing anything. I recently went through my order and much to my disappointment one of the pans in the pallet was broken. Is it too late to exchange this? I tried out the rest to see if I liked it and i love love love the pallet!!!! but i want thunderstruck as I feel it really makes the the pallet come together. let me know if this is possible. I'm not able to physically go into my local Sephora plus I doubt they would actually have it. it's one inside jcp. they never have anything good. lol! let me know if there is anything that can be done. I've attached some pictures to support my claim. Thank you!! oh also I didnt get 2 of my 3 samples. I put a pic of the missing 2. Thanks! Melissa
