Packages arrived with opened products

This is the 2nd time I've received my order and my products boxes and the products themselves have arrived opened inside of the shipping box. This is highly unsettled as I don't know if the products have been tampered with, etc. And this is now the 2nd time this has happened...what is going on....this I not ok
