I ordered my items on the 3rd of December. It's getting shipped through Canada post. Has anybody started to receive their packages placed around then? 

Theres no update just stuck on item delayed, stay tuned. If sephora knew there would be big delays why didnt they update their website to say when ordering they were experiencing delays, or perhaps an email to explain the situation and there are delays of 2 to 3 weeks, I could understand that. I feel for such a big company they are seriously lacking in customer service. How long are packages really taking to be delivered?

I ordered on the 5th of December and I haven’t received anything. Says it’s in transit and was supposed to arrive on the 17th and still nothing. It doesn’t even show a delivery date anymore. At this rate, it’s either lost or if it even does arrive, I wouldn’t be surprised if it arrived next year.

There are a lot of us with this problem! Mine just updated this morning that it was finally picked up. The shipping label was printed in the 14th! Won’t arrive until after Christmas. There are gifts for 4 people in my package. 😞 Sephora failed us.

I’m sorry that’s happened! For many of us, I don’t think we would have minded a delay in shipping if it weren’t for the fact that for many of us, our orders contained Christmas gifts.
