Package stolen :(

I was so excited when I received the UPS confirmation that my Sephora purchase was delivered yesterday, but when I got home, the package was not there. I've heard of packages being stolen from my friend's apartments in the past, but this is the first time this has happened to me. Wondering how Customer Support can help resolve this issue for me!

Oh god I am so sorry to hear this. I placed 2 orders this past week because of the bonus points for fragrance, and one of my packages was taken. Of course it was the package that contained my free birthday gift too. This was the first time it happened to me as well, and I order from Sephora frequently. I hope you get it sooner or later!
