Package still awaiting carrier pickup

I put in an order on 11/3 that was expected for delivery originally on 11/8 I believe. But it got stuck with the "awaiting carrier pickup" status and I've had no updates since then. Assumed maybe it was due to high volume during the sale and waited but I've never had a delay this long. Anyone else having this issue or anyone at Sephora who can assist?

My package is still awaiting pickup from Nov 30th. Please help me with refund.
