Package says delivered but no package

My shipment was supposedly "delivered" by UPS after I ordered about $200 worth of items. It was not delivered at all, as I went to check to get my package 5 minutes later after receiving the SMS message indicating delivery. I'm extremely disappointed since I ordered all of this makeup ahead of time so that I could wear it on my birthday.
