Package says delivered but it's not here?

I received an email from Sephora saying my package was delivered.  I have Informed Delivery through the post office (where you can check what mail and packages are coming that day) and that also says delivered in our mailbox, but it's not here!  We have a locked mailbox so it wasn't stolen.  Can anyone tell me what to do in order to get a refund or replacement?

A happy ending!  I woke up from a nap and it was on the porch.  Not sure why the post office said it was delivered *yesterday*, but I'm glad it's here!  Thanks for the offer of assistance.
