Package says delivered but it hasn’t reached yet

Hi, I’m out of country at the moment and ordered a few things to my US address. I’ve been constantly in touch with the tracking ever since. It now says delivered but my sister in law living at the address says it hasn’t reached yet. I decided to look if anyone has had a similar issue with ontrac and to my surprise almost everyone has! And it’s not just that. I just recently became vogue and decided to give flash 2 day shipping a shot so my father in law could bring these things over to me but no, Sephora has yet again failed to provide us with the services they promise! If anyone could help me out, that would be great. I only have a day and then it’s a Sunday. His flies on Monday!
