Package says delivered but has not been received.

So I ordered in mid September and had issues with OnTrac delaying the largest package in my order (sent in three parts). When I lodged an inquiry with the CS chat Sephora are telling me that they can’t help me because I received my package by a freight forwarding address.

I asked OnTrac to provide proof of signature and a photo of the delivery to prove it was delivered and I have not received either from them. Side note: OnTrac is horrible and I don't know why Sephora uses them.

There are almost $210 dollars of products that were in this package.
