Package say delivered but was not received

Hi. I just checked on the status of my order and it says it was delivered on October 11th 2023, but I still have not received it. I’m so sad and i don’t know if it wasn’t delivered or someone stoled. This is so frustrating because its my first time buying in Sephora 😔
