Package said it was delivered, but no package.

I ordered some items last week and it was supposed to come by end of day on Friday. This package was being transported by OnTrac. Not only was OnTrac 2 days late from the scheduled delivery time, but when the status of my package changed to delivered, it was no where to be found. I asked my neighbors, search my entire apartment complex, and NOTHING. I fear that I wasted my money and I feel scammed. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!! Either a refund or a reshipment using a different carrier. PLEASE.
