Package returned to the sender?

Hi,

I ordered a The Ordinary product on March 27 and due to some unknown reason USPS asked me to schedule a redelivery on April 6. I scheduled that and waited for a long time until today found that it indicates that it has been returned to the sender on May 19. I don’t know why/how this happen and this experience is hardly satisfying. And I wonder would Sephora refund it or resend it.

I have this same issue can you please PM me as well idk what’s going on.My package said out for delivery on the 16th then it rescheduled for the 17th (automatically) then the 19th it said processing return to sender. Today I got an email starting my return was processed (but only for one item). I never even received the products to file a return.
