Package not received!!

Hello, I made an online order and received a notification that my package was delivered. I was home all day and my package was not delivered. The tracking number takes me to the company OnTrac and they claim my package was delivered; I have looked everywhere and my package is nowhere to be found. Can someone please help me!!?
