Package not received, what can be done?

Hi. I ordered a package about April 24th, and was scheduled to come on May 18th. I got a peach slip from USPS on May 16th, not aware that they changed the delivery date. I checked on Sephora's website and it still displayed the original delivery date, while the mail carrier said that they attempted delivery. My issue is that they never actually attempted delivery, a slip was left in my mailbox and no one rung my doorbell. It seems like they hadn't tried to deliver. I rescheduled the date to no avail.  As of now, I am unable to pick my package up. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? I've tried everything.
