Package not received and live chat unavailable

I got the email the package is delivered but I can’t find it around my house. It has been more than three days but I still haven’t received yet. So I wanted to contact customer support via chat but it’s always unavailable. Is the chat system down or is that because of time???

I really need urgent support.
