Package not delivered - Ontrac

I placed an order on 1/25/23. I recieved notice it was delivered on 1/27/23. I had checked about 15 mins after the notification and no package. I checked throughout the rest of the afternoon and the next day, still nothing. Is there any way to resolve this? ๐Ÿฅบ I was really excited about trying all the products I ordered, and used my points to get some of.
