Package never received

Sephora customer service is making me wanna rip my hair out! I placed an order for my daughter and it was over $600 and even paid for expedited shipping to have this item in time for her birthday. The package was marked as “delivered” and given to customer but there wasn’t anyone home when it was supposedly given to customer! I’ve spoken to 4 different customer services reps and they all have told me i’m out of luck basically. Anyone else have this problem?

Today! I received a message saying my package was delivered but it never came to my door, mailbox, or garage! I’m going to call Sephora and see what they say.
