Package never came

My package never came although it says that it arrived today. I checked my bank statement and I was never charged for my order either. I am very confused. This is my second bad experience with Sephora although I have been a loyal customer for YEARS... the first time, this same situation happened even though I ordered a mascara in person at the store AND was charged for it. That time, the employee forgot to put in my order but still ran my card. Now another bad experience. Please explain what is going on with your service. Thanks. Also please send me my order. My order number was

Thank you fo quickly responding. I would like my package to be resent to a different address. I don’t know why it was delivered to “church” I am so confused. Why did they not send it to my address.
