Package missing

I ordered a package on Nov 18 and it said that it would arrive on the 24th so I’ve been waiting and I go to check on my order because I have not yet received it and it says that it has already been delivered. I’ve been home all day, everyday due to the pandemic and I’ve checked all around my house but it’s not there. So I went to check again online and when I click on the tracking details it said that it was delivered on the 20th? But I was home that day as well and even if they didn’t ring the doorbell I should’ve seen it when I went out for my walk at night. I’m quite worried because the package is for my Christmas presents and a birthday coming up soon. I’d really appreciate it if someone could help me because I’m feeling a little panicked. Thank you.
