Package missing- OnTrac lied. Never delivered

Received an email from Sephora that my package was delivered on Sept 18, 2020 at 11:08am. Went outside to my mailbox because we live in an apartment building and the receipt on OnTrac said delivered on the front door. It’s wasn’t outside my front door so I went to check my mailbox and outside my bldg main door. Nothing was there. I emailed OnTrac 3 times where is my package and haven’t event received an email from them. So either they delivered to the wrong address or lied and took my package. I wait to see if Maybe they would deliver on Saturday and nothing. Annoyed and disappointed because it’s was and almost $100+ package and Sephora you already charge my card for something that I don’t have.
