Package lost/stolen

I don't know if this has happened to anyone before. I placed an order on Nov 3rd, and it was a big one (almost 500 bucks). When I tracked my package, it says it's delivered on Nov 9th, but I never received it. There was nothing at my front door where the UPS guy always left my packages. I called UPS and they said that it's probably stolen, because I authorized to leave at front door (which I did), but I know Sephora never required any signature anyway. Also, I've been living at my place for more than a year and there was never a package lost. I asked my neighbors, and there are two girls who had the same issue: tracking says it's delivered on Nov 9th but nothing at front door. I called Sephora and they said they would initiate an investigation, but I saw posts online saying that these investigations hardly help with anything... I have been a loyal customer of Sephora (I'm a vib rouge), and this is really really frustrating...

Has anyone ever had the same issue? How did you solve it in the end? I know Amazon and some other stores ship replacement to the customer who had a package lost, does Sephora do so?

My package is also missing! And it said deiveried but I never got the package!!!
