Package lost in transit???

So my order has been in the “pre-shipment” phase since Thursday May 28. Apparently that means that USPS is waiting for Sephora to send them my package. I’ve emailed like 8 times now and still no help. Everyone just keeps saying your order has shipped but it can’t possible take over 5 days to get to the USPS facility so clearly something is wrong. Also my bank account was charged for this order today. Anyone had this happen before? If so what does Sephora do if your order is lost?
