Package is stuck at Lasership facility

I placed my order for the VIB Rouge sale on the 9th and received notice that it was shipped on 11th with an estimated delivery date for 13th.  Now, the package has been sitting at the final Lasership facility in Maspeth NY for the past two days with no estimated delivery date. I will not be at this address after 17th and I need it delivered by 16th. I have been reading all this horror stories how Lasership loses/steals packages and freaking out as the order I placed is high in price. What is going on with this shipping company? How do I get them deliver my package in two days?

I sent an email to the customer service on Saturday and also sent a reply here but so far, noone contacted me. Could you look into this?

The package got stuck at their facility, then 3 days later they marked it as delivered. (There is only 1 minute between out for delivery and delivered so obviously this is just a cover up for the loss)  I received nothing and Lasership says there is nothing they can do and I should contact the seller, which is Sephora. 

I delayed my departure because of this and hopefully would like a replacement shipped by USPS, Fedex or UPS. Please do not use Lasership to ship expensive stuff.

Hello, replied your message. I haven't received the package and Lasership accepted the fact it is lost but still marked it as delivered. Horrible company.

Thank you. My package wasn't delivered today either and it is still sitting at the same facility without any delivery attempt. I never received a reply to my query from Lasership.
