Package in transit arriving late

Ordered on 12/9  and it shipped 12/11 it said it was out for delivery 12/14 and then 12/15 it said in transit arriving late no

estimated delivery date. Kind of annoyed I ordered over $100 worth of things for my best friends birthday this weekend. I only ordered it because it said it would be arriving early this week. Now I don’t know what to do? I ordered her something else at ulta and it arrived Monday no issues! If I would’ve known this would happen I would’ve just stuck with Ulta. Now I have to go spend more money to get her something. Makes me regret getting another year of rouge. Now I don’t know if this package will ever arrive or what’s gonna happen.
