Package have not yet arrived

Hi, 

I have placed an order on November 3rd and it shipped November 8th and I have not yet received my package. This is the longest I have to wait for my package to arrive from Sephora, and the delivery date keeps getting postponed. Please let know what are the steps I can take to resolve this issue.
