Package did not Arrive

Hello, im just inquiring how to get my money back because I was supposed to recieve a package from Sephora on Nov 20 and I was home that whole day but no package came, and I thought maybe it was a mistake so I’ve been waiting for a 4 days now and still no package. I’m trying to get a hold of Sephora for the reimbursement of my money on the the customer service chat box but to high volume of chat I can’t and I tried calling the Customer Service and its always busy. I’m just wondering is there any way to contact can I email them instead. This is the first I’ve experienced this situation and I was so excited for that package ☹️ 

I’m so disappointed that I just want my money back.
