Package delivered to wrong house

Rceived a notification that my package was delivered. I checked but did not find it. When I looked at the proof of delivery photo, it was sent to the wrong house despite me entering the correct address. The house in the picture looked like it has yellow walls whereas my house is blue. I asked all of the neighbors in my cul-de-sac and no one has seen my package. What steps do I need to take to either get a refund or have my order re-shipped?
