Package delivered to wrong address!

Hi! 
I recently ordered from Sephora and it said it would be delivered on the 26, now it says delivered to my “local mailbox” but states a different city??? My shipping address is correct on my account so I don’t understand why this happened! How do I get my package? It was a birthday gift for a friend 😭😭

Hello, it happened to me as well yesterday. I am 100% sure that I have entered my actual address which I enter for my orders for quite a long time. The order confirmed, shipped, and I didn't check the address as I was sure that it will be delivered to the right address. Then it was delivered and when I looked at the delivery address I was shocked to find out that there was wrong address written. I checked my account details, and saw that that address was not even in my saved addresses list. How can this happen? I don't know how Sephora site system can enter an address which I didn't select? And now when looking at the complaints, I see that I am not alone. This site made such errors to quite a few customers as well. And Sephora advisors even are unable to help me solve my issue. Beyond that they behave indifferent when I talk about my worriness. I liked Sephora. I didn't know this site's quality is bad in terms of customer relations and problem solving. This will be my last purchase from Sephora. Bye

Hey, did you figure out a resolution to this? This is happening to me right now, and I'm seriously worried because my package is "out for delivery" but I looked and it's literally out for delivery 1000 miles away. My shipping address was 100% correct on my order. Reached out to customer support and they basically told me to wait, and contact them again at the end of the day if it doesn't show up..... and it's definitely not going to...
