Package delivered inside contents were at 95 degrees even though I immediately received it as soon as it was dropped

I usually go into the store but because of Covid decided I had waited long enough and decided to order online for the first time.  I had a large order and it came a day later than originally stated, but during these times its understandable.  My advice though is to not order anything online that is heat sensitive. which is pretty much everything from Sephora.  I have a temperature measurement tool and pointed it at the contents of the box once indoors and opened for almost 10 minutes.  it was still at 94/95 degrees.  I have a photo and video to prove it.  The contents were melted or damaged due to the heat. sadly I live in the south.  I'm not going to return it, I feel bad for businesses doing their best.  It's not Sephora's fault, probably UPS and I can't imagine what kind of heat those drivers are putting up with!  Take care everyone!
