Package Says It Was Delivered But I Never Got Package

I ordered some makeup on January 6th. I just realized I never got it and tracked the package. It says it was delivered on January 9th, 2021 but I never received the package. Has this happened to anyone else before? This is really weird because I have never had a package stolen before.
